LIVE COACHING

Live coaching calls are available 5-6 days per week. You can come to as many or as few as you need to get support with working towards your goals. All live coaching calls are recorded and are accessible for replay.

SUPPORT + ACCOUNTABILITY

In addition to providing support and accountability on coaching calls, coaches are also active and available in our members-only Facebook community. The coaches won't be the only ones keeping you accountable. Stay on track with support from fellow members in the Facebook group and the optional peer accountability groups.

PRIVATE PODCAST

All coaching calls in Balance365 are recorded and uploaded to a members-only private podcast for ease of access and listening. Listen to others being coached and learn on the go.


WORKOUT LIBRARY

You can join our coaches for live workouts 3 times per week. All workouts are recorded and accessible in your member library if you can’t join live. Balance365 workouts are 20-30 minutes in length and can be done with limited to no equipment.

Balance365 is not a cookie cutter program. You will get tailored support in live coaching calls with our expert coaches. Coaching calls are available 5-6 days per week. You can come to as many or as few as you need to get support with working towards your goals. All live coaching calls are recorded and are accessible for replay online or on your private podcast!

Most members choose one to two calls per week to attend, but you are welcome to attend as many as you like!

Flexible times

Calls are scheduled in Central Time and range from early morning to late evening to accommodate all time zones.

specialty calls

A range of calls are available for specialty topics. These include: Women in Larger Bodies, BIPOC Exclusive, Midlife and Menopause, Ask a Body Image Therapist and Ask a Dietitian.

live workouts

Live Workouts with our Coaches are available 3 times per week. We offer a variety of quick workouts, including yoga, cardio and weight training!
