Before Balance365 I was swinging between not eating to eating all the things. I was lost, trying so hard to fit a mould that I am so obviously not meant to fit. I used to tell people Balance365 is about freedom, but its beyond that. The program is easily implemented into your life, but its principles help you realize you are the boss of your own life, and you get to choose what matters to you. I am officially down 80lbs.
