How do I subscribe to the private podcast?

How do I update my billing information?
You can view your purchase history and update your billing information here.
I was billed incorrectly. What should I do?

Can I pause my Balance365 membership?

How do I cancel my membership?
If you are ready to cancel your membership, please fill out the Cancellation Request Form here.
If I cancel, when will my access to the site and coaching calls end?
Your membership (and membership materials) will be disabled within 1 business day after submitting the cancellation form.
Can I sign up again if I cancel?
You are always welcome at Balance365! However, we ask that you wait to rejoin until our program doors open again. Additionally, you may be subject to pay any applicable joining fees and the current membership cost at the time you rejoin.
